April 11, 2024

A new article by Prof. MSc. Vasyl Kirov, co-authored with Beata Woźniak-Jęchorek, Katarzyna Woźniak-Jasińska and Włodzimierz Lewoniewski, was published by The Economic and Labor Relations Review (Q2, IF 2.5), published by Cambridge University Press.

Based on big data, the analysis shows that social partners in both countries are involved in similar initiatives related to digitization and express mostly positive opinions about Industry 4.0 technologies. The main topics in the social dialogue, both in France and in Germany, are related to workers’ rights, working conditions and skills training.
