Borislav Gradinarov is a Doctor of Sciences and a professor in the “Social Theories, Strategies and Prognoses” section. He graduated in philosophy and law at the Sofia University “St. Кl. Ohridski”. He is the author of the books “Creativity – Myth and Challenge” (1989), “The Sunset of the Middle Class” (2004), “The Shadows of the Bulgarian Transition” (2005), “Media Law” (2010), “Legal Ethics” (2011), “The Power of the Systemic Factor” (2019) and “Risk and Anti-Risk Strategies” (2020).
He has led lecture courses on Introduction to Political Science, Local Government and Management, Media Law and Legal Ethics at the Slavic University, Veliko Tarnovo University, Burgas Free University and the University of National and World Economy (UNWE).
He is currently the holder of the lecture courses on Philosophy, Media Law, Philosophy and Sociology of the Digital Society and Change Management at UNWE. He was a legal consultant at the Electronic Media Council (2001–2010) and a member of the BAS Management Board (2008–2013).
